About us as individuals:

Emma Chiodo  has studied psychology and sociology with an honours B.A

She has been in the customer care industry for 30 plus years 

Travelled to Peru multiple times to assist with the less fortunate of the county 

She has travelled to Italy, her native county embracing her culture in the love of food , architecture and music

Emma speaks, read and writes fluently in English , Italian and Spanish , as well understanding French and Portuguese. 

Emma prides herself on her communication skills being organized , balanced and assisting others .

Mellissa Pope holds a certificate in Bio-Psychosocial Rehabilitation and has been actively involved in managing Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and Catastrophic cases since 2014.  In her role, she has effectively coordinated and implemented rehabilitation plans in collaboration with clients, their treatment facilities, and legal representatives.

Mellissa is deeply committed to helping others and is passionate about contributing to her community. She regularly volunteers her time and strives to make a positive impact. She takes pride in her strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and unwavering desire to assist those in need.
